Ames Storm Winter Workouts
This offseason T&G Five Tool Baseball and SportsIowa are partnering with the Ames Storm to bring an important new Winter indoor option for Storm players. This new partnership will give Storm players the option to practice once a week indoors in January - March, for an hour and a half, with instruction from T&G Five Tool Baseball. Times will be set by teams so that Storm coaches can be present (as available) to assist in the workouts.
Each workout will consist of stations, drills and special instruction on field technique, building arm strength, improving hitting approach, hitting power and increasing overall foot speed.
We've chosen to partner with both T&G Five Tool Baseball and SportsIowa because they believe in Central Iowa High School baseball teams like Ames and Gilbert and share a vision of helping future teams make it to the State tournament.
